Amazing Ainsley !
Having enjoyed watching all of Ainsley Harriot's cooking programmes on TV, I decided to buy his Mediterranean cookbook. What a good decision that was ! The recipes are as so simple and easy to follow. There is also a great assortment of recipes and many ideas with suggestions if you haven't got certain ingredients and serving options . The actual recipes themselves are as true as what they look like on TV and in the pictures illustrating every dish .
