NOT for MUSIC sleep well
These ONLY Play pre-set Noise masking SOUNDS. THEY ARE NOT FOR MUSIC! Choose the type of sound Campfire, stream, ocean waves etc there are also non Noise masking ‘music’ options. The buds can have around 8 options at any one time. The fit is very comfortable and does not hurt ears even sleeping on them. Game changer!
Total & utter game changer, especially if you have a snoring partner! They are very comfortable & fit snuggly in the ears. There are 3 differing sized inserts, find the one that fits best, download the app & follow the instructions, it really is that simple. You also get an alarm so you wont sleep through an external one, but be warned, it has a separate volume control to the sleep sounds, which doesn't need to be set very loud, take it from someone who learned the hard way! I have misophonia, which put in the simplest of terms, is a neurological disorder where certain sounds trigger a flight or fight response, such as snoring, dogs barking, car doors slamming, etc etc, the list is endless, but since using these sleep buds, I have slept straight through every night.
