The Fitbit Sense is fitting New King of Fitbit, for both men and women.

I previously had a Fitbit Charge, a Charge 2, and 3 Ionics. I had problems with the Ionics, and Fitbit would replace them. I got the Sense after the 3rd Ionic failed, after 21 months. The Ionic, by comparison was large & gawdy, and heavier than the Sense. Because of my 2+ years with the Ionic, I tend to still look for features in the same places and ways, and the logic of the features in the Sense is much different. I like the new layout, but have not gotten used to it. I'm sure in another month I will have adapted to the Sense, and I already prefer it.

    Fitbit sense ecpensive dissapointment

I just dont get the fuss over this v expensive almost useless nit of kit. I have purchased a fitbit sense Sleep function does not give daily reading. It says not wearing watch but gives the info 2 or 3 dsys later if it feels like it. Many of the items in the function list simply exit the app when you click on them Steps count is way off. Heart beat monitor wah off which does mean you cannot rely on the ecg, which is why I chose this brand and it does not have blood pressure monitor, which even 50$watches now do.. all in all a triumph of marketing over substance

  • Fitbit Sense Pebble purchase

Like the Sense. Have a Versa currently that is dying therefore upgrading. Sense has more features and I’m looking fwd to learning them, but is also more intensive to learn. A bit less intuitive than Versa. One hiccup I can’t seem to resolve is it displays temps in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit (I live is US). Regardless of having followed the directions multiple times to change its output to F, it continues to display C. My only complaint.

  • Almost perfect, so far...

I have owned & used the previous FITBIT top-of-the-line watch (the IONIC model) for about two years and even though I also have an Apple iWatch-4, I found that I actually preferred my IONIC for daily wear. Although the apps were a bit scanty, it had other features that I found much use for (the sleep tracking was particularly useful, as was the nightlight feature, which kept me from stumbling over our Husky in the dead-of-night darkness). However, when the new SENSE model Fitbit came out, I decided to retire my faithful old IONIC and give the new model a try. I've had it for several weeks now and so far it seems to be quite acceptable and very functional. The only minor exception seems to be that the left side actuation button is a bit hard to access. A slightly better (more user friendly) button would be an appreciable improvement, in my opinion, but otherwise I am thus far quite satisfied with the new SENSE model and will continue to let my Apple iWatch-4 rest peacefully on its charger!

  • Best replacement for the recalled Fitbit Ionic

I got this to replace my Fitbit Ionic which was being recalled. It seems to have all the same features although the shape is pebble like, not the sharp lines of the Ionic. The good thing is it measures floors and has a built in GPS, most of the other Fitbits don't have that combination. I don't find the UI quite as easy to use for what I do as the Ionic, but maybe that just takes some getting use to.

  • Wish battery lasted longer

I like my old Fitbit Versa 2. It didn’t capture as much but seemed easier to use and the battery lasted longer between charges. The old one lasted almost 4 years. Hoping this one does as well. Don’t get me wrong the Sense so far seems great. Lots of features and tracking. I gave a 4 due to the battery lasting like 3 days.

  • Not worth the hype

I find that scrolling through the icons somewhat pointless and the app overloads me with features I don't want. The watch is okay but the app is terrible which drags the watch down with it. So far all I use is the sleep monitor and pulse. I don't think it is worth a subscription just for that. I will be looking for a more focused fitness wearable.

  • Meh, for the price.

For all the features, I got this as an upgrade to my Inspire 2 which I really liked but didn't like the small screen that was a little difficult for me to navigate. This one doesn't seem quite as reliable recording sleep and auto-detecting exercise. It also should recognize stairs which it does not routinely do, and I go up and down flights of stairs quite a few times a day. I am a little disappointed. I expected it to be as beloved as my Inspire 2 with more features, but so far it is just bigger, flashier looking but meh in performance.

  • Lightweight with great features

I've only had this watch for a couple weeks so far but I really like it. I like the size and weight of it as well as the functionality. I do wish the ECG feature would let me see the wave, as I am a nurse trained to read them. I like this band as well. In the past, I have gotten rid of the band as soon as possible but I have kept this one on despite already receiving the metal one I normally go to. I will keep it because I feel it looks nicer than the original and may use it when going to dressier events.

  • Awesome features and ultra customizable

EDA scan, ecg, detailed sleep tracking, detailed step based exercise tracking with GPS built in, etc etc etc. You can even export a document to bring with you to the doctor. So crazy customizable, hundreds of watch faces, and a crazy amount of super cheap (offbrand) replacement bands to make it match every look and occasion. Just can't express how awesome this thing is!
