must buy!
These headphones are amazing, i never want to take them off! They are lightweight, comfortable, and have great sound quality. This is such a good deal for these headphones, they look brand new and work perfectly. They come with a hard case that includes a charging cord, audio jack, and airplane adapter. The color of these looks great they are a matte gray color in direct light but in dimmer light they look sort of tan colored which i love. They have an adjustable head piece that makes them fit comfortably on anyone. Additionally the headphones have their own app that has many settings and functions one of which allow you to adjust the bass, treble, vocals etc... The noise canceling ability works incredibly well and there is ambient sound control which enables you to control the amount of background noise you hear. This is convenient for walking in pubic or walking on roads to allow you to hear what is going on around you wile still listening to music/podcasts. Great headphones when they workedbut (DON'T TRUST EBAY'S WARRENTY).
When I received the headphones, they were in great and clean condition. They worked great for about a year and a half. They started having issues in which the headphones started to screech and the bluetooth was not connecting well as well as a noticeable sound delay on bluetooth. I tried to contact the insurance to file a claim, but they were not able to locate the insurance policy. It was difficult to get in touch with ebay customer support and when I did, one representative told me they do not provide insurance for refurbished items and that the things I see on the product page were only advertisements. I spoke with a different representative, he was less rude, but was not able to help me either. I am giving the 1 star because ebay does not honor their 2 year warranty. These headphones are not a cheap product and I expected them to work for more than a year and a half. I would highly suggest that if you are buying these to make sure you have you're insurance set in the first 30 days or return them immediately. Overall these headphones produce good quality audio on android and pc but I wouldn't get them if I want to use them with apple products at least in this price range. I have used them on my PC, mac, android, and iphone. They sound best on the android especially combined with their app. At this price range I would get air pods pro if I have apple products.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Phenomenal quality, easy to use.
I am not an audiophile, and my goal was to just use these for air travel. However, i have found myself using them much more than i thought because the sound canceling and the audio quality is so good. I've downloaded HD music, and will routinely put them on and read or go for a walk with the dog. the sound cancelling is scary good when . the last piece of sound canceling headphone i had were maybe 10 years ago, and I was unimpressed. the technology has progressed more than i thought. the adaptive sound cancelling took a little time to get used to, but once you realize that it lets you hear more when you are on the move to avoid traffic, be more aware of your surroundings it makes sense. you can turn it off in the app if its bothersome. WAY Better than Earbuds!
For years, I’ve purchased and tried at least 6 brands of earbuds and multiple tip types and sizes. But every combination of earbud and tip falls out of my ears with minimal exercise. My girlfriend suggested I move to over-the-ear headphones, this Sony model seemed to be the highest rated on many review sites. So, I bought them as “open-box” What a difference, not only avoiding the problem of “fall-out,” but the sound quality and sound blocking are SO much better than any earbud brand and model. Innovative features and so lightweight.
Very clear and crisp sound. The bass is amazing and so is the noise-cancelling feature. It's nice to not have to take them off to start or join a conversation. The extras are a lot and I'm still getting used to them, like the volume controls at the slide of your fingers, and taping on the right to start a call. Sits well in its case for easy travel. The best of the best.
These headphones are the best sound and the best for meetings. I am still amazed how good they are. The shipping was allsome. Sound quality is beyound expectation. I can wear them all day. When I paired it to the PC I had many problems but the I Paired it to my. iphone and it was great. I fixed the PC sound using a Usb blutouth 5.0 . A great pair of headphones for travel and studying

Specialty in noise canceling
This is my first noise canceling headphone. It functioned well, but I felt like throwing up...! So then I changed the noise canceling setting via app but when it is connected with desktop or laptop, the setting is not applied. A good pair of headphones but not great.
I bought these to replace my Bose bluetooth headset. And foe me in every aspect they are better or equal except one battery life. I can get around 12 hours out of my Bose where I'm lucky to get 6 out of my Sony headset. For $300 I would think they would be better. For other people this might not be a big deal but for me I use my headphones at work and if I can't get more than 8 hours it's a problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent quality but expensive
Certainly of excellent quality but it's a bit too technical for me. I'm sure that I'm not using all its features because I don't like getting into the instructions.
