Exceptional machine and customer satisfaction
My Old Janome served me well for 20 years, a minor mechanical problem and I took it to the local Janome repair mechanic, and he told me that the part needed was 3/4 price of a new one because Janome are always updating and improving. So I bought this under advice....my God, it does everything except drive my car. Exceptional machine, Exceptional performance, Exceptional technology..... most of all, it does more than I expected.....remember that it has been 20 years since I had an upgrade model.
