Autoglym alloy wheel cleaner
As always autoglym products impress just spray it on agitate with a brush and rinse off easy peezy.

Wear eye protection and gloves!
Due to its high acid content it does the business, use a small paint brush for best results and rinse with a hose to make sure that all the acid is removed.
