Keep expectations real and this is great value.
Purchased this for our kitchen TV as the small Panasonic bar in place was lacking in any oomph. A bit of research bought me to the YAS 209. I have 3 Yamaha amps so trust the brand. Bang for buck it's great value. The inclusion of the wireless sub and Alexa sold it for me. Setup was simple, despite some reviews stating issues with the app and connecting to the bar, I had no issues at all. OK this is only £300 so don't expect high fidelity, but it packs a punch. The presets are helpful but the reverb on the 3D sound is not for my ears. Remote is a bit cheap and not very Yamaha. The Alexa did not work when initially setting up. I updated the firmware via the app and all was good. Be aware too, pause the TV and the bar turns itself off pretty quickly. Overall it serves well for what we need and i am really pleased with the build quality,design and most importantly, the sound.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
