This solves all of the problems caused by cheap ready made leads.
I installed security cameras several years ago after a spate of petty attacks of vandalism just before some low life stole the Catalytic converter off my wife's car. This demonstrated how useless the supposedly high definition kit was. I later upgraded to AHD cameras and DVR using a mix of cables supplied as part of both kits. These were much better but there were still problems with patterning, ghosting caused by mismatching and other minor issues until I scoped the signals and checked other bits. Basically, the HF attenuation on the supplied cables was reducing the clarity and the IR range was poor because the resistance of the DC feed wiring was severely limiting the power of the LEDs. I had one run of 50 yards which badly suffered from both problems. This cable totally cleared both of these. OK, it is not the easiest to get through complicated runs, the ends have to be fitted with the right plugs and the cable is a bit unyielding when connecting to the DVR but the results are worth it especially if upgrading to TVI cameras. I am unlikely to rewire all cameras as the results with the better quality ready made cables does not warrant the effort but I may live to regret that decision if I continue to upgrade the cameras.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

THIS CABLE PREVIOUSLY WAS ONE OF THE WORST MADE , THE CENTRE CABLE WAS NOT A REGULAR SIZE AND BNC PINS WOULD NOT FIT . THE LATEST CABLE CABLE IS VERY GOOD WITH COPPER BRAIDING AND THE CENTRE CABLE THE CORRECT SIZE THROUGHOUT . .
