Positively surprised!
It took a bit of time to figure out how everything works in this vacuum, but it came with good directions. I used to have Dyson vacuum cleaner earlier, that I paid a lot more. It was great but Shark is doing at least as good job by getting rid of dog and cat hair and all other vacuuming in my house. Very strong vacuum. Had an old shark. This one has a wider sweep on it than the old one. Also, the dirt, carpet fibers and dog hair do not clog up the dirt canister.
