Dont buy if your flat footed
if your looking for a support then this will do the job but if you have quote flat feet like me and were hoping it may help reform you arch then I recommend getting a full foot support, ie with the heel as well. it is uncomfortable for my arch and gave me really painful archers for the following days after taking them out. great for a little extra support for a foot with good arches but not for flat footed people.

My feet
These are probably fine but they didn’t last the night with my feet . All my life I’ve had problem feet and I struggle to get shoes to fit.Tried insoles of all description . So as with others I lasted a couple of hours and then my feet were so uncomfortable. . So yes I do recommend them as it’s me with my weird feet that’s the oroblem

Very small
I received these today, it states one size fits all, I would say up to a size 4-5. Very misleading I'm a size 8.and these are very small.. So unless you have smaller feet I wouldn't reccomend
