Battery compartment issues
This unit had all the hallmarks of being a returned product. One of the main unit battery compartment screws is impossible to turn or remove. However I was able to open it and found that the battery compartment already had Duracell batteries in - not the type of battery you would find installed even if batteries were included (they weren't). Because the unit worked and because I was able to overcome the issue with the screw, I kept it. However I note in previous reviews that this issue with the screws in the battery compartment is not a new issue.

Great stimulation for your pet.
This is great! Button has choice of sounds and can be floor or wall mounted and amount of biscuits dispensed can be adjusted to your preference. My dog loves it but he is not as clever as I thought and training him is proving quite difficult. He absolutely loves the whole thing and gets excited as soon as he sees it but he just cannot work out that he needs to press on the button and not just sniff it. However he has managed to accidentally press the button afew times now and he has been reliably rewarded by the machine. Now I only need to persevere with my 3 year old Pom to make it a complete success.
