Great to ease chronic pain
This is the second one I've purchased, I have one permanantly in my bed and one to keep in my living room. I've had my first one for over 5 years and I've used it almost daily to help ease my arthritic back when I'm in bed. Heat Pad - too cool
It produces heat very inconsistently. Some days it is warm enough to be effective but there are times when very little heat is produced. There does not appear to be any reason for this. I have had one before for several years before it packed up but I thought that it was good value but this is brand new and poor value. Great product but wrong plug
I love this product I’ve had one before and lost it, very good quality and the heat settings are perfect temperatures depending on how warm u want it. The only problem is I live in Australia and ordered the product to Australia and they’ve sent me one with a UK power plug on it.
