Builds blood fast!!
I used this to get my iron and hemoglobin up.I had been severely anemic for 7 months needing a transfusion.As of this month it is now under control.I took 4 of the capsules per day which was a little excessive but adding 2 iron tablets a day to that and it's still better than eating liver.
