Totally awesome water dispenser for any home!
This is a great stylish and quite compact product that looks good, sits on the kitchen worktop without looking out of place, and is both affordable and long lasting. I purchased one of these 2 years ago and it is still going strong with no problems whatsoever, and have now just bought another one for my Mum as she uses it every time she comes over and loves it. It’s really easy to set up and use, easy to clean and makes very little noise when chilling. The filters are really easy to replace as well, though it already comes with 6 which means you don’t have to purchase any for around a year so it’s really great value. The dispenser filters the water making it taste nicer and keeps it nice and chilled for instant cold water. You just place your glass or bottle underneath and press to dispense. I literally would not want to be without this now and would not drink water from the tap again. Absolutely love it and would totally recommend it.

Not as expected
1- I like the design except the drip tray Which is useless, unstable and very small you cannot even hold a cup on it, need to change the design of the drip tray. 2- to cool water just you need to wait no less than 20mns if one drink the other has to wait another 20mns to drink a cool water. 3- the filter: it says 150 litres or 2 months my first cartridge last only 7 days about 28 liters only then the water became unfiltered, I change it to day and see what will hapoened, if happens the same I will try Barita classis filter which as I read it is compatible.

PRICELESS - Produces the best quality water, far far superior than any bottled or tap water.
Very easy and simple to set up. My house has good tap water but I still went ahead with this water cooler filter, after trying a glass from the Chillswell water filter I went back to trying the tap water and noticed a difference immediately. The water produced by the Chillswell water filter cooler was far far better in taste. It totally eliminates any bad taste or smell from the water. It has lead me to drinking more water and actually tastes nicer than juice now haha. I will really recommend this product, the cost is nothing if it actually gets you to drink more water & this is now the third I am purchasing as my relatives who come over have urged me to get them one too. My cousin has told me her kids drink a lot more water now too, which is priceless. I really recommend this water filter cooler. Costs absolutely nothing when you realise how good it is. It cools the water too but far more importantly it FILTERS the water and you will know exactly what I am on about when you purchase this filter and compare it with your tap or bottled water. I am saving so much too, no one is now bringing bottled water home as the Chillswells water tastes so much better. Perfect gift for a family member or loved one. An excellent counter-top cold water dispenser.
I had used a Brita version for years but finally swapped to this Chillswell dispenser after it (Brita) didn't chill the water very well. Now I wish I'd have changed the Brita sooner as this Chillswell is much better than my old dispenser! Compared to my old Brita the Chillswell has a much larger capacity so you don't have to keep topping up the tank / reservoir multiple times a day. From what I can recall (it was a long time ago since my Brita had chilled @ 100% effectiveness) the Chillswell chills the water much faster than the old Brita did - chilled water seemed available very quickly after the initial fill. Although I've only been using the Chillswell for a couple of days - so far the Chillswell seems to be an excellent cold water dispenser. As long as this lasts a reasonable amount of time then I would have no issues replacing it with the exact same model if it became unusable in the future.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

easy to set up and run

It is a good product, well made! I use to live in the states and having access to fresh cold water without all the chemicals makes me drink more! Very pleased with my purchase
Provides good tasting chilled water, is easy to use and looks good in my kitchen. I'm already appreciating not having to carry heavy bottles of water from the supermarket and drastically cutting my use of plastic. No regrets about my purchase. One minor irritation- there are two numbers showing in a dial on the lid. I think they are meant to tell you when to change the filter but there are no instructions and the numbers are difficult to change. I have a Cooper water cooler, wanted to get another one for my parents. Cooper don't make them anymore and this was the alternative. This is twice as expensive as Coopers', however, it is better in my opinion. It's a lot bigger so you don't need to refill the thing everyday, and it is does cool the water significantly better. great to have cold water on tap again

Excellent product and sits nicely in the kitchen
Takes a while to set up approx 4 hours recommended to sterilise the unit before first use but it is the right thing to do.
