I worked in the catering sector rising to head chef of a 4* hotel until I retired I can honestly say that this Spanish soup stock is in par to the stock from boiling hens, it makes a wonderful consommé and a beautiful in-depth flavour to all soups, casseroles as well as a glacé for roasting chickens, just rub on or under the skin and you will make a good chicken into a fabolous roast. I use this regularly and I always make sure I have one in my store cudbbour. Highly recommended
