use as a food supliment
I have had leukemia and lost a lot of weight. I had colon cancer 20 years ago and lost 3 stone. I used these for a year along with my normal meals and gradually put my weight back on. So I am um using them again to do the same thing. ( I hope )

Great meal replacement
Just had my Chocolate Complan as a breakfast replacement and it is yummy. Knowing it has 35 vitamins is good healthwise. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
