A useful supplement
I heard about borax as a supplement only recently. I heard it is good for bones and joints and as it is cheap and taken only in small doses I decided to try it. After only a few days it made my knee joints feel stronger, and though I'm still trying to decide if it's helping me burn off some belly fat I do think as a supplement for bones and joints it does really work. Like anything else, though, be careful not to take too much or you can feel your kidneys as they expel it. For that reason many suggest you take it for five days then take a two-day rest so your body can expel any excess.
Borax has many other household uses such as a water softener for a better laundry wash, or as a cleaner or detergent, so I have other things I have to try it with just yet.
