Basic but good for beginners
Basic bike but good for beginners & those wanting to get into exercise without a huge expense for what for some becomes a glorified clothes horse. Resistance meter doesn’t go very high so don’t expect a hardcore workout but you can get a steady pace and increase your stamina and overall fitness. Fairly easy to assemble with two of you. The tools are supplied but you may need your own wrench to tighten the bolts as the tool supplied isn’t the best. You get what you pay for.
For what I paid for it, it is good value for money. Took me 20 minutes to put it together. Instructions could be better. (Three pic's and some blog) If you don't know the difference between an "arc" washer and a normal one...you might go a bit vague for a minute. If you read all the instructions first , you will find that an arc washer is in fact a "Spring" washer. The adjuster for pedal tensioning doesn't seem to do much at all. The seat/saddle is totally uncomfortable. The peddle straps are not big enough unless you have really small feet. But it is cheap.
