Works well as a replacement
This item was easy to attach when following the instructions. Popped the old clasp off with a small screwdriver and this clipped into place easily and fitted well. Small amount of superglue around the edges to hold it firmly staying away from the button end and Fitbit HR now responds to button presses as when new. 2 pack so if the button snaps off again in the future it'll be an easy fixVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

It works ok.
This product did work. Took a few trys to get it to glue on my wife's FitbitHR. The fit was 100% perfect. The overall look of the 3D printed piece is lacking. And for the price I was expecting a little more refined product. But in the end it worked and it has allowed us to keep using the FitBit HR. FYI: TAPE UP YOUR FITBIT BEFORE APPLYING THE GLUE. Wonderful replacement for broken Fitbit part!
Fitbit Charge HR has a badly designed part which Fitbit will not replace. Rather, they offer a discount on a new Fitbit! This aftermarket part works great and is very reasonably priced, and shipped in an adorable little plastic container! Perfect Fix!
I have been trying to keep my Fitbit change working for several months, using super glue to hold together broken parts. It finally got to the point that super glue wasn't going to work anymore. I found this replacement part through a search for Fitbit replacement parts and can't say enough about how wonderful this works, looks and solve this problem. I would give 6 stars if I could. It worked.
Used this to bring functionality back to my wife's old Fitbit. Not an exact fit but after some prep work I managed to get the band clip installed and it has been working well ever since then. The prep work included adding a tiny bit of thin cardboard (maybe a layer or two of an index card) beneath the button so that it would activate the switch inside the Fitbit. Ever since installing the clip the buttons have worked and the charging cord plugs in good. The clip saved the Fitbit from the garbage can.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect fit replacement.
I was so glad to find this replacement. Mine broke and the company did not have a replacement. It was very hard to charge my fit bit. I was worried about gluing the replacement to my fit bit, but it was really easy. Simple (well almost) fix for two Fitbit Charge HR's that we own
These plastic band clips fixed my daughters and my Fitbit Charge HR's, but it is a little more then just clipping the new part on. The replacement clip actually needs to be super glued on so you need to make sure and clean the Fitbit before you apply the glue and make sure to avoid applying glue on the button side of the clip.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Made my Fitbit functional again
This part is as advertised, a 3D printed part entirely of plastic. Definitely worth the cost to restore function to a broken Fitbit. Be advised that the side button is a rigid part of the form, not rubber like the original, and does not move when pressed.
