Makita battery protector. Be safe NO sparkes No fire.
A very useful piece of kit. Covers all the electrical connection points and will prevent dust getting where it should not. I still put the spare batteries in a plastic bag or bubble wrap for extra protection. I thought this product was excellent so I purchased four more. This product A++++ rating. Buy again or not
Well this is not one of those dilelemors where the above question should make u think for ages weather to buy some more.YES they are a clever idea and they do what they are ment to IE to protect battery terminals from getting dust etc in them.they look neat and tidy when on ,but so what ive always wrapped my batteries in old plastic bags (does the job) but i was tempted to buy as its was a functional and clever idea,But i think i will stick to keeping my other makita batteries wrapped in plastic bags.if item was £1 each id give 5 star.Its not that they will break the bank but my plastic bags are free and if u need another reason to use bags you can say u are reclcleing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A non essential until you loose one

I'm a carpenter and have a set of Makita tools, I've found that the batteries can be very delicate in some areas, for example the little yellow connector on top of the Makita batteries which the charger connects to is prone to accidental damage, great for protecting your batteries if you use a tool bag or want to take that extra precaution to avoid spending on repairing or replacing your batteries.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
