Top notch gangster film
I'm not a big fan of Johnny Depp and think that Al Pacino can be over the top sometimes; but both actors did a terrific job in Donnie Brasco. The movie is one of the best gangster films, showing a more typical criminal lifestyle than The Godfather. While this isn't the masterpiece that is The Godfather, Brasco shows the other side of the same coin - and is based on real events.
