Good on a flat surface.
These are easy to use, with a peel-off backing. Much better than patches that require a tube of glue. The glue sets quickly although I’d be inclined to wait 24hours before re-inflating. Perfect on a flat surface but didn’t work across a seam on an inflatable. Impossible to follow the contour to create an air-right seal.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not the self adhesive
Even after cleaning the area around the puncture it was difficult to get a satisfactory repair, I had to cut the patch in a circular shape and sandwich it between two pieces of smooth wood and a G clamp for about 1 hour, this being the forth attempt but, it did work. You'd think Bestway would be good.....!?
Considering these are Bestway patches being attached to a Bestway hot tub you would think they would work wouldn't you? I tried three times on the small hole in my tub, following the instructions to the letter, leaving 24hrs before inflating and every time they leaked. Eventually bought a different kit with adhesive and that worked first time. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the 7 patches left over but I won't be bothering to try and use them to find it still leaking.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Rubbish for Lazy Spa Repairs

Second pkt I bought gave first to son patches work great inside and outside of pool as waterproof and so easy to apply and with children and dogs using pool accidents happen would recommend these to have handy for your pools

cheap as chips
this was bought as a last resort as my kids were driving me mad as we had a 10 ft wide pool by bestway and it sprung a couple of leaks I had bought other patch kits but they peeled or they started to leek when the pool was filled so I bought the patches they came quick followed the instructions no more leaks the kids are happy and you get plenty of patches to saved me getting a new pool money well spent and cheap as chips you wont go wrong with this well worth spending money onVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
