Easy to use and make fermentation much less hassle, also suitable for regular Kilner jars
These weights have made fermentation so much easier because they remove all the faffing about trying to keep the produce submerged. They're regular mouthed mason jar weights so a little small for the Kilner jars that I use so I was worried that would be a problem but it isn't at all.
