Small But Mighty
It gets the job done. I have used it 3 times so far, and have used only one side. Still can do 6 burgers, and you don't waste a whole bunch of charcoal. The lighting method the way the instructions tells you to do, works out well. Quick and easy. Move it around and stores out of the way. Great design
I love this grill. Hibachis were very common while I grew up but have become nonexsistent in recent times. This Son of Hibachi is a great design because you don't need a charcoal lighting canister, that feature is already built in. The other fantastic feature is the self-cleaning part of the design. When you fold the open sides upright at the end of grilling, the heat is concentrated on the grill plates and burns off any debris while the rest of the charcoal ashes accummulate in the ash bin. It is easily pulled out and tossed the next day. The grill plates just need a quick brush to remove any left over carbon on them. As for the cooking aspect, the adjustable grill plate height worked well. We made lamb chops and top sirloin steaks for five adults with wonderful results.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
