Does the job as promised
Bought to give comfort and help protect prostate area. Seems to have worked so far, even on rides of 50 plus miles. Did take me a couiple of rides to get used to the slightly different riding position but that's all.

Sizing
The product is wider than some saddles and I actually sit on my sit bones. It is 130mm and the smaller one, 110 may suit.
