Powerful Vacuum; Handy Tools
I have owned many vacuums in my life, and this one is one of the handiest ones I have used. The easy to remove vacuum tube does an excellent job reaching into small areas. Unit is very powerful and does a great job pulling things into the unit from the sides. Easy to take apart and clean. Button Problem
Gus was so prompt and understanding when I thought I had to return my vacuum. The on/off button wasn't working properly when it came in. I emailed Gus to ask if he had ever experienced this. He hadn't, so I decided to take off the front to see what was happening. It turned out to be a very easy fix. Something must have gotten bumped in shipping, but it works great now! This model is an old one, that Dyson doesn't make anymore. I think because they are so durable. Anyway, despite its age, it still works better than any other vac I've had.
