The battery does not fit well, top lead side is simply too thick to allow smooth reassemble. I can imagine every each is different, so might not be an issue with you, however mine unsealed itself after a couple of weeks, so definitely not a Samsung genuine part, I am waiting for one now ( £10+ always). I've not noticed a great improvement in battery life after fitting the new battery but although the phone was several years old, the original battery condition still showed as good. I rather think the background usage of my phone has increased over time reducing battery life from when it was first purchased.
