The mysterious being known only as the Eternal Champion has temporarily brought back nine of the world's greatest warriors to find the one fighter worthy enough to save the planet. The lucky person shall be granted a second chance to prevent whatever it was that cut his or her life short. Since there can only be one, a tournament has been set up to determine the fates of those involved.<br><br>Eternal Champions is a one-on-one fighting game with distinct characters representing various fighting styles throughout time. Larcen, the world's best cat burglar, is master of Praying Mantis Kung Fu, while Jetta, the circus acrobat, is well-schooled in the art of Savate and Pencak Silat. Blade, the futuristic bounty hunter, has perfected Kenpo, and Midknight, the vampire bio-chemist, is skilled in Jeet Kune Do. RAX the cyborg uses the style of Muay Thai Kickboxing.<br><br>Other combatants include Shadow, the corporate assassin, who practices both Taijutsu and Ninjitsu, while Slash the Neanderthal uses his spiked club. Trident, the gladiator from Atlantis, performs the graceful moves of Capoeria, and Xavier, the ancient warlock and alchemist, uses Hapkido Cane Fighting to swipe at his foes. In total, there are over 35 moves per character and special hidden "Overkills" that graphically depict gruesome deaths. Before fighting, players can first practice their attacks on moving spheres in the unique Battle Room.Product Identifiers

Super Mega Awesome Fighting Game of its time!
I LOVE Eternal Champions, the unique characters, the back stories behind these characters, the training modes, everything. I'll admit, the game kicks your ass immediately, but what makes me keep coming back to it, is the overall presentation.
