Efficient yeast with fairly clean results.
Followed the instructions for this which is the standard sugar, water, yeast combination. The fermentation period was 6 days at 25c. The resulting wash was pretty clean and of low odour. No carbon was used as there didn't seem to be the need for it. Found an increase in quantity of around 10-12% in the finished distillate which was the usual fiery spirit with a very slight odour. Rested so the angel's got their share and then diluted to 38%. After a couple of weeks, the result was a pretty smooth liquor.
