A tiny but effective espresso coffee maker
Italians know how make coffee makers and this is a perfect example. The one-cup Bialetti espresso coffee maker makes enough coffee for one delicious cafe latte. The coffee maker has been perfectly designed so that the coffee doesn't splatter when pouring the coffee into your cup. Because the coffee maker is very small, I use a heat diffuser on my gas burner so that the handle can be held without the use of a pad. Before I bought a heat diffuser, I used a small cast iron frying pan to protect the handle of the coffee maker and my fingers from burning.
