Quake II: Quad Damage is a compilation of the original Quake II and three add-ons. The three extras include Quake II: Mission Pack Ground Zero, Quake II: Netpack I Extremities, and Quake II: Mission Pack the Reckoning.<br><br>The basic set-up for Quake II is that you are a soldier that has crash-landed on an alien planet after your victory during the first Quake. In order to make your way back home, you must kill off all of the aliens in their homeland. The world is depending on you.<br><br>After completing Quake II, or while in the process of completing it, the other games can be installed. <br><br>Quake II: Extremities is a game created by the fan, for the fan. It is less like a game then an utilities package. It features tons of deathmatch levels, including games like capture the flag and soccer, numerous "skins" so that your character looks like someone else, and various other patches.<br><br>The two mission packs included with the game feature completely alternate worlds. You have entirely different objectives, although game play is the same.<br><br>All four CD's installed together equals approximately 450 Mb's of space, and the game is best played using a 3D graphics card on a Pentium 90.Product Identifiers

Great Quake II collection
Quake II: Quad Damage includes Quake II plus its 3 official add-ons (2 full additional campaigns plus a set of multiplayer MODs). The game's box contains all 4 original discs along with all 4 original manuals. The discs for Quake II and the two Mission Packs feature great CD Audio soundtracks, consisting mainly of industrial-style metal. The game box is rather large (about 14 inches long, 9 1/2 inches high, and 2 inches deep) but looks impressive.
