this works well, however there are a lot of consult your doctor if,........ and don't take this if..... so be certain to read the small print. The muscle relaxant in it helps not only my body to relax but also my brain. I only take it at bed time and only two or three times a week. I have shared with my husband and 2 children, we all suffer from insufficient sleep due mostly to discomfort at night and this has helped us all relax and also quiet our brain to the level that sleep can occur.
