It works!
This was much better than expected! It works great! However, my friend said that when I connect my microphone jack, from my headset into the device, I am a little quiet when speaking. I had to connect the mic jack into my front analog port, and afterwards, I sounded normal. No, it's not worth $2
The headphone jack on my computer shorted out, and I bought this hoping it would be a cheap fix, and if not I was only out $2. Well, this has proven to be worse than my lowest expectations. Very loud white noise/static is heard constantly and unit will turn off inexplicably. Physically, it's plastic case came separated when I was removing it from the USB slot. This is the cheapest of the cheap electronics and has no use as I see it. I would return it, but return shipping is more than the unit. Great little device. Makes android tv box better

Works flawlessly with W10 and W7
Bought this for my work laptop since my mic jack seems to have died. Tried it out for a while to listen to music and to record my voice. Seems to work just fine for what I need so far. I don't know how long it will last and will updated my review if it breaks in the near future. sound wise a great value, but mechanically iffy.....
outer blue covers came off during gentle install into USB port. A couple dabs of super glue (or a wrap of tape) fixes that. Sound is great considering the price. an easy way to get sound on a PC that need it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

awesome little gadget.
The audio jack on my mac mini went out. Tried everything possible to make it work to no avail. Good for price.
Get your super glue ready. I read the reviews and I was prepared. The second it arrived I tested it and the case came right off. As I expected. So I glued the darn thing together. Then I plugged it in. It was recognized immediately. Then I plugged my headphones in and played music. It sounded like crap. Then I pulled the headphones out a little and it sounded amazing, for the price. This isn't a 100 dollar sound card. But it sure works. Just know what you're buying. Easy to use, sounds great

Usb sound card
A superb inexpensive usb audio device. The sound quality is pretty good considering its usb. I dont here any feedback from my mouse or any other device. I got this because i was looking for a sound solution. I tried some older different pci sound cards that didnt work at all. Maybe its the pci slot but the system failed to recognize the cards.
