Effective, but takes a while.
I've been treating my big toe nails for over a year with a weekly application of Curanail, having tried other cheaper "cures" that just made the nail fall off but the regrown nail was still infected. Curanail works, it takes a while for results to be seen though, simply because an infected toenail will grow out very slowly. After a year there is now healthy nail half way along the toe so it is definitely working.

Wonder if there is a better, faster product available
I ordered curanail and was sent locyrnail which appears to be the same product perhaps? Not sure I would recommend it as I'm on my third lot. It seems to be working but very very slowly.
