Almost vertical mouse
The MX is ergonomically comfortable but I did try a vertical mouse that had more tilt and a a higher raised section for thumb to rest against and that was tad more comfortabe. Logitech Options app is I assume needed to check between the various setting. Especially the Wheel either Ratchet or FreeSpin depending on what operation you need. The ad is true it will run on any surface.
