The Voigtlander Bessa-R2 Rangefinder 35mm film camera features a quiet mechanical vertical traveling shutter release and a simple LCD metering system, making it possible to use it without batteries. It has an exceptionally bright viewfinder ideal for low light hand-held conditions. It is also compatible with most standard Leica M Bayonet lenses. A rewind button at the baseplate and an easy to load hinged back door comes in handy. Its self-resetting frame counter and compatibility with Voigtlander trigger winder increases efficiency.
