I use this in tandem with the body beast workout program in the beast phase when you are eating little fat, starches, and mostly protein. I imagine it would work also in the lean/ ripped beast program as well. As long as you meet this product half way with the right diet, intense workout, and give it at least 3- 6 weeks to work, you will see positive results.
