A video to increase overall body toning and flexibility.
This is a great exercise video for all over toning. It is low impact, which to my mind now, after 20+ years of running, jogging and jumping, is very important to overall health and mobility. The music is calming and non intrusive as is the instruction from Darcey. My favourite Pilates DVD at a great price
I lost my old Darcey Bussell Pilates DVD and much prefer it to any alternative either on YouTube or DVD. Rather than speaking directly to camera while you follow the exercises, she gives the commentary separately and calmly with classical music in the background. This means you can concentrate on following what you're doing and simply see her doing the exercises rather than talking while she's doing them.
