Bought for use with magic-eye sensor. Remote looks & feels like original but with the magic-eye (original Sky product) unless its pointed directly at sensor it doesn't work properly, the remote emits a very narrow infra-red beam which can be tricky to get on target, you have to move the remote about and press buttons repeatedly before the Sky Box responds, making it difficult to FF & RW accurately without missing play point. Luckily when used directly with the Sky box it works fine, so I can use the new remote in living room and original with the magic eye. Score with magic-eye 1 star. Sky + Remote
Body of remote was of decent quality but battery compartment door wouldn't stay shut. I ended up removing the circuit board for inside the replacement remote and installing it in my old controller.
