I am on my second bottle of ProbioSlim and I think it's pretty good. It keeps my appetite down, I think I am having less digestive problems than before I started taking this product... I just can't tell if it's helping with the weight management part, which is one of the reason's why I bought it. Nothing happened using this product. I was limiting my calories (1000 daily) months before starting on this hoping to get a jump start on losing more. Honestly, nothing happened that wasn't already happening with my calorie intake. Someone said it was like taking "speed". NOT. Just drink a cup of Starbucks if you need a buzz.
