Fantastic little vac!
Fantastic little hoover! Had this vac for two weeks now. Really good suction. Makes light work of stairs, it's compact so fits easily between furniture and under tables. The power button does sometimes turn off while doing this due to its position but that's not a huge issue. Great for hard floors and thin carpets, even with a dog and kids. Haven't tried on thick carpet, but I'm not sure it would lift hair too well from those. Easy to empty which is great as it needs emptying after every use. Adjustable handle height and a shoulder strap for using handheld. The plastic top handle is loose when pushed down and would not stay on so I had to use tape, but not a major issue. I paid £300 for my now deceased Shark, and £35 for this and haven't noticed a difference in cleanliness. It's just much easier to whizz round a couple of times a day in a busy house. Well worth the money. We use these at work cleaning holiday lodges and they have lasted well despite being used frequently

Good,But Needs Improving.
This is an excellent vacuum cleaner that is well designed and has great suction,the only problem comes when you try to use it with the supplied head,it works brilliantly on hard floors,but is almost impossible to use on carpets,the wheels on the front of the head are not low enough,and it makes pushing the cleaner extremely difficult,if it came with two heads,one for hard floors,and one for carpets,i would have given the cleaner five stars.

Great, powerful little cleaner
I had purchased a cleaner from the same brand which unfortunately broke, and was replacedand that also broke! However I didn’t let that put me off the brand and purchased this one which looked a bit more robust. I am not disappointed at all. The suction is very good, but I don’t have pets and live alone so there isn’t much to clean. The cord is very long, and the height of the cleaner is good, as I’m quite tall. The fact you can use it as a small hand held is also great for the car. My only issue is that the foot is very small so it doesn’t cover a great surface steam. Also the bristles don’t protrude very far so the brush on the foot is pretty useless. Great cheap cleaner, and I would recommend it

EXCELLENT value for money.
This is the best surprise ever. After wasting 100 of pounds on other brands this little powerhouse does the job in no time, no effort and with no fuss! Cleaning it’s super easy. It’s excellent for cleaning wool Moroccan rugs spotless, sofas and hard to reach areas. It has a really powerful suction so work in done in no time! Absolutely love it!

LOVE , LOVE , LOVE this vacuum , has great power. Its small and so easy to store and easy to move around the house. Can easily change it into the smaller type for sofas or hard to reach surfaces. Only down side is the cord is quite short so you have to keep unplugging and plugging when vacumming the house. Other than that 5/5.

Frist I can not answer the about reliable as I only had it a few days . but it is easy to use and has good power to clean the area wanted I like it . only little thing I wish the base area was a little wider to be able to clean faster but overall I am very happy with the product now I hope it will last long time thank you

Great product, excellent value
It's good value for what you pay. It's quite sturdy - I read reviews of other similar held held to upright models which were described as flimsy with the fittings breaking, and this item is well designed. The extension handle fits easily into the vacuum section, and is robust, I don't foresee issues with this aspect. It has good suction, the hand held version is light weight and easy to use. The attachments work well. It's easy to empty - I recommend taking the filter out to your bin and emptying into that and tapping the filter against the inside of your bin - it's a dusty business! Overall I am very happy with this product and think it is an excellent price. I bought a similar version of this make (only an upright model) about 2 years ago and this is still going strong - bought this as it had the hand held option and if it lasts as well then it's money well spent.
