Good value - functional and effective
I think reviews that criticise the feel and quality of a product in this bracket might be unfair. No, it's not a premium phone, it is 1/20th of the price! But for what it sets out to do, it does well and gives good value. It has all the features an occasional or casual user might need. It is clear and user-friendly for people relatively ok with GSM, but it might be too much for some elderly or dementia affected people, though as a phone for them to respond to calls, it's fine. The dock allows charging open or closed and just picking up to answer a call is what we needed. It is compact and pretty light. The plastics and screen are more than adequate, perhaps even good for the price. Battery life yet to be tested.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy to use
Bought this for my Dad. Once I set the phone up for him he has found this easy to use. Large buttons on key pad is a bonus. We also like the SOS for emergency if needed. Just the job for my Mother
My Mother has had a smartphone for a while but could not get on with it. I bought her this little flip phone and she loves it. She can answer my calls now by simply opening the phone and when we have finished talking. Bam close it and all done. Nice little charger dock.
