You need to concentrate when assembling, but that was probably down to my impatience and awkwardness. The manual is in small print , but I photo each page and use the zoom on my smart phone for easy reading .I've had a couple of good sessions to personalise the setting. Absolutely thrilled with the bike. It looks great and is well made. I recommend this bike.
