Great live action movie from Disney. Loved the cast they picked. Ignore the people that say it isn’t good because Robin isn’t in it!
This movie is GREAT if you have a 4K system that you are proud of (in other words, not brands like “Magnetbox, or Sorny, or Panephonic, etc. )- sorry just had to throw some Simpsons humor in there. This movie has some extremely graphical dark scenes (Cave of Wonders) but also some amazing colorful breathtaking scenes (Prince Ali Ababwa). If you have a 4K system that you are proud of, definitely pick this one up. Oh! One more thing, don’t just buy the 4K digital, buy the disc! It has been proven that 4K digital is not true 4K because of the size of the files that would need to be streamed. For awhile, I was streaming all my 4K movies, now I have to go back and buy all the ones that I think need to be seen in true 4K so I buy the disc! Enjoy!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I've viewed both on my samsung 70"! 4k takes forever to load if you can get it to at all! Then I can't see a difference between it & standard blueray! I believe it's a media money scam! when I first saw the trailer for Aladdin I knew I wanted to see the movie, I knew Will Smith would make a great genie and I was not disappointed. After seeing the movie I was impressed with the other characters and the story line. I loved the original cartoon. I think Robin Williams, the Genie, did a great job. I believe that Will Smith would have made him proud. Will Smith didn't try to imitate Robin.
