Blend Jet Cordless 2 Rechargeable Portable Blender
Love the Blend Jet Portable Rechargeable Blender Cordless 2. Does just what it say. Chops the ice up finely, and mixes great without any clogging. It is extremely lightweight and recharges very quickly. So easy to use. Recommend that everyone buy this if you need a small powerful blender. OK, but not as powerful as it claims to be
I bought this blender based on several good reviews and although it seems to be well made and will do most of what I want it to do as far as blending protein shakes, I have 2 concerns about this little blender: 1. It isn't as powerful as i would have liked- the motor bogged down continually while trying to make a smoothie with milk and frozen fruit pieces from a packaged Dole product. I finally learned that if the frozen fruit is cut into small pieces, or larger pieces allowed to thaw, the blender works without bogging down, but you may not get that frozen drink consistency you want in a smoothie. 2. The other thing is that my unit will not go through 20 blend cycles on a single charge as claimed. I bought my unit new, and it came in a sealed package, so I don't believe this was remanufactured. My unit will run about 6-7 blend cycles and it needs recharging. It simply won't hold a charge. Recharging isn't a problem and it is quick, but it just doesn't deliver 20 blend cycles on one charge like advertised. On the positive side it- is well made and I like the ease of cleaning the unit. I also like the ability to make a single serving drink without having to drag out the big blender. I like that it battery powered and I don't have to fool with a cord. Its small and doesn't take up counter space and will store with your other glassware. My primary reason for this purchase was for something to blend protein shakes which is only powder and milk, and this does that job very well. This was an okay purchase for my first portable blender, but when it comes time to replace it, I will look for something with a more poweful motor. If there was room for 3 and a half stars, that would be my rating. It's better than a 3, but it's not a 4.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Health shakes every day!
Good product for the most part. I expected it to be light but it is heavy. The plastic is BPA free and heavy duty. In fact, looks and feels like glass. Many foods can make it jam tho…such as baby carrots. I just make sure I use small pieces and plenty of liquid.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Love this blender
Does what it says it does . However if you are blending ice for smoothies or frozen fruits , make sure they are not at the bottom as the blender sometimes stops .
