Neat for streaming but not very fast for viewing photos
The Chromecast is good for streaming etc. (where the data goes direct from the internet to the device with your phone just acting as controller). It is not very fast when viewing photos etc. from your phone as the data has to go from your phone, through your router, to the device. It's OK as you get a reduced resolution image first which then crisps up, but I'd expected it to be faster given the good available bandwidth.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
