Extra temperature range perfect.
For me, it was important to get this right. I did not buy the cheapest, but not a full professional level item costing many times more. This one goes a bit higher in temperature reading than most. Using it for a wood fired pizza oven that runs close to 600 C. I find this one absolutely spot on. It instantly tells me the floor temperature, usually between 350 C to 400 C and is perfect for monitoring the process. It is light without feeling flimsy and the controls are intuitive. Handy to have one
It’s good. Does what it says. For £13 I think they were little stingy in not including batteries. Inserting batteries was trial and error as there was not any indication to tell us which way the batteries are inserted but not much of a problem. Made in China.
