Easy to use and accurate.
Haven't been using it very long, but so far it seems to be working well. I find it easy to use, and readings appear to be accurate. My only complaint is that set-up with a smart phone is bit challenging, and although the device itself is easy to use, some trial and error was required since the included instructions for use were lacking.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good physical design, but terrible app for viewing results and recording them.
Very nice design and appears to be accurate and easy to use, but it seemed to promise that BP results would be posted on the recommended phone app which didn't happen. The reading only lasts a short time and you have to write it down and then manually post it to the app. There doesn't appear to be any further record of the BP measurement. Also I bought it 2nd hand and it keeps asking if I am someone else and there are no directions for changing the name. Small, easy to use, easy to store
The product is incredible, small, easy to store and charge, rechargeable and it synchronizes very easily with the app on the cell phone. What is curious to me that I had a traditional meter? Standard blood pressure meters first inflate and then slowly release the air to take the measurement. Easy logging data records with Health Mate App
Tried three times to setup up its WiFi connection for updates and log in details before BPM Connect can begin being operated. It began working on the 2.4Ghz WiFi channel with network sharing turned on. The 5Ghz network and secure Guest User Channels did not work. Very happy with the quiet sound, quality and helpful tips and instructions. A good machine for monitoring daily health over time. BP Monitor was delivered in a timely fashion. No surprise on quality of the product, has been given accurate results, but make sure cuff is on bare arm with no fabric as it will be a high and false results. Easy to use and accurate as long as you set it up right!
I love being able to monitor my blood pressure at home since everytime I am at the doctor's office, it is a bit high. Nice to find out you do not actually have high blood pressure outside of the medical office! I did have a bit of an issue at first with readings that were higher than they should be - but I found out the secret is to be sure to snug the cuff on your arm really well. Then all of a sudden the numbers were matching what my husband (also a doctor) with his manual cuff was getting. So super accurate as long as you are careful about getting it tight and having your arm positioned as in the directions. Easy to use, easy to transport and pretty quick - although I have been using the three sequential readings feature which takes a few more minutes to do but seems more accurate overall. Easy to use with the app
