Good for trainers not for shoes

They do work
I didn't bother to cut the size down but used the spare as a heel cushion. I think the issue is more me than the product. I wear thick woollen socks and hence probably produce more foot sweat in my slippers than even these can take. I can't be negative about a product which otherwise in normal wear conditions would be satisfactory. Pain relief perfect.
My feet have less pain using these quick delivery and easy to use. bur if you transfer them to other shoes they ten to fall apart i have purchased more so i do not transfer moral is true ,you get what you pay for But i recommend them as they give a lot of pain relief. Good value, though wore out quite quickly with my loafing great feet.

Comfortable and easy to fit

Can't go wrong with two pairs for that price

The fit was good and so far odour is not apparent. Good and cheap but thin and weak
Good for a cheap insole just so your feet don't slide about and sweat so much in your footwear but they crumple and are very thin and fall to bits. Multi-size so useful.
Not THE best insoles in that they do not have a good cushion effect; however, they are so useful as you can cut them to whatever size you wish. It is annoying in that the little air holes within have not been punched through as the little bits drop our everywhere as you cut the insoles to fit ones needs.
