Solid WiFi coverage with these Google Access Points
My Daughter had 2-Google Nest products in a rather large house (around 4,000 sq ft) with many walls, nooks & crannies. her WiFi coverage was sporadic at best until I added these two Google Access Points. She now has a solid coverage throughout her house (5-stars downstairs & 3-stars upstairs). so far so mediocre
i had the original google mesh, and it worked quite well. i purchased the google nest wifi and a point and integrated it with my google mesh because the nest was promised me a larger range. it didn't happen and i may be getting less range. i am hoping that it is attributable to a mash up of the two systems, so i am buying a couple of mre points when i have the money and will transition away from the mesh and hopefully when it is entirely google nest, i will get the promised speed and coverage.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not quite Mazel Roddenberry AI, but still quite useful and fun
Basically a decent product; however it will frustrate those who are fans of Star Trek. The voice sounds normal, but it cannot really understand what you ask. In order to play specific pieces of music, you need premium subscriptions to music services; well, ok, but I’m not sure if that would even work. And why does it play, for example, Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata without telling you WHO is the pianist ? It will ‘Broadcast’ a message from me to the other rooms, but in my voice; it will not RELAY the message in the nice Google voice. However, it will translate between Korean and English, and answer many types of questions: How far to Park’s Seafood Market, anything mathematical, geographical, etc. It can also give you a rough rundown on the morning news, if you set that up in Google Home. The product is definitely not brand new nor does it come in the original packaging. It has small cosmetic flaws, it seems to have been returned previously but used only briefly. The product itself works perfect. I recommend buying it if you just want a wifi point that works and don’t care about not having the original packing box and not having a perfect looking product. Great system albeit a little expensive.
My house is made of steel reinforced concrete, so the coverage mentioned is greatly diminished- so I have a total of 8 points in my house - but I must say it has been a game changer. No dead spots, and lightning fast speed. We have also embraced Google Assistant - no more shouting up the stairs to announce meals, we just ask Google to make the announcement!!! Awesome coverage
